Ventajas previstas en el acuerdo. Las ventajas o compensaciones que lleguen a acordarse a favor de cualquier otro acreedor en función de la recuperación de la empresa y de la mejora de su capacidad de pago, deberán reconocerse igualmente a los acreedores fiscales en forma proporcional por la estipulación de plazos, tasas de interés y períodos de gracia en los términos previstos en esta sección.
