° Autorizase al Ministro de Guerra para que, previa identificación de las máquinas de escribir, calculadoras, sumadoras y en general, de servicio de oficina que hayan sido recuperadas, y que sean de propiedad del Gobierno Nacional, Departamental o Municipal, haga entrega de ellas a los respectivos Despachos Administrativos a que hubieren pertenecido.
