En el caso de sucursales de sociedades extranjeras, copia simple del instrumento de constitución de la sociedad extranjera y de la resolución o acto en que se haya acordado establecer negocios permanentes en Colombia. En caso de que no existan reformas, tal circunstancia deberá constar por escrito en la solicitud.
