Si el Colegio Dental que actualmente existe en Bogotá, se sometiere a la inspección y reglamentación del Gobierno, este podrá subvencionarlo con la suma de $ 3.000 anuales y otorgarle la Facultad de conceder diploma de grados, los cuales serán refrendados por el Ministerio de Instrucción Publica.
