° Para todos los efectos legales, constituyen "Mercaderías de Primer Grupo", íá maquinaria industrial y sus accesorios que se importen por los damnificados en los sucesos ocurridos en la ciudad de Cali el 7 de agosto último, con el objeto exclusivo de reparar o reponer los que se hubieren perdido, y únicamente en la cuantía suficiente para restituir las maquinaria y enseres a su estado anterior.
