Articulo 2° En lo sucesivo la expresada Junta Consultiva del Ministerio de Obtendrá dos sesiones semanales, en los días y horas que señale el Ministró del ramo; y tendrá sesiones extraordinarias cada vez que el Ministro considere conveniente convocar a sus miembros para tratar asuntos de alta importancia.
