Recibida La Documentación En Debida Forma, El Ministerio De Agricultura - Dirección General De Producción, Dispondrá De Cinco (5) Días Hábiles Para Efectuar El Registro Del Animal

° Recibida la documentación en debida forma, el Ministerio de Agricultura - Dirección General de Producción, dispondrá de cinco (5) días hábiles para efectuar el registro del animal.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Agricultura se abstendrá de tramitar las solicitudes de registro respaldadas con certificados que presenten enmendaduras, tachaduras, falta de sello, o cualquier alteración que haga dudar de su validez, o aquellas que provengan de asociaciones que no sean de raza pura o que no tengan personería jurídica vigente.
