° Encárgase al Recaudador de Hacienda Nacional de Puerto Berrío del manejo los fondos y pago de los gastos de la Interventoria, estudios, policía y demás que sea necesario hacer por cuenta directa del Gobierno en el sector Landázuri-río Magdalena, de la carretera del Carare. El expresado Recaudador responderá dé tal manejo con la fianza otorgada a favor de la Nación, incorporará en sus cuentas los comprobantes relativos a dichos gastos y enviará al Ministerio de Obras Públicas los datos e informaciones que éste le solicite.
