En lo no contemplado por este Decreto, se aplicará lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1275 de 1970 y demás normas que lo adicionan, modifican o subrogan.

Parágrafo

Es entendido que cuando en este Decreto se ordena dar aplicación al Decreto 1275 de 1970, se hace también remisión a los demás decretos que lo adicionan, modifican o subrogan.
