Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica el artículo 11 del Decreto 1453 de 1998 y deroga las normas que le sean contrarias, en especial, los artículos 37 y 38 del Decreto 1453 de 1998.
