Valor mínimo de las exportaciones . No darán derecho al reconocimiento de los CERT las exportaciones cuyo valor FOB o valor de la exportación para el caso de servicios sea inferior a cien mil dólares de Estados Unidos de América (USD 100.000). Las exportaciones realizadas por cada beneficiario en el respectivo año fiscal podrán ser acumuladas con el fin de cumplir con el tope mínimo para acceder al CERT. También será posible acceder al CERT en el caso de pagos parciales de operaciones de exportación realizados en el respectivo año fiscal, siempre que esos pagos parciales superen el tope mínimo referido.
