Notificación de donantes potenciales . Las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud, IPS, donde exista un donante potencial deberán notificar inmediatamente de este hecho a la Red Regional de Donación y Trasplantes a través del personal médico responsable. Igualmente están obligados a permitir los procedimientos requeridos para el caso, so pena de las sanciones a que hubiere lugar.
