La entrada de nuevos proveedores del servicio de televisión, en la modalidad abierta radiodifundida, se hará exclusivamente en transmisión digital. Los nuevos proveedores del servicio de televisión abierta podrán determinar los procedimientos o acuerdos de compartición de infraestructura activa y/o pasiva con otros operadores, con pleno cumplimiento de los lineamientos establecidos en la materia por la Comisión de Regulación de Comunicaciones
