° Transferencia de tecnología. Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 2° de este Decreto, el Banco Central Hipotecario, transferirá a la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A., en las condiciones que se convengan, los manuales, instructivos, guías y demás documentos o archivos contentivos de metodologías, programas, sistemas de información y procedimientos que regularon y apoyaron el proceso de crédito del Fondo Financiero de Desarrollo Urbano de dicho banco.
