Organismos de tercer grado . Los organismos de segundo grado que integren cooperativas y otras formas asociativas de propiedad solidaria, podrán crear organismos de tercer grado, de carácter nacional, regional o sectorial, para el desarrollo de sus fines, la integración y la representación del sector. Para su constitución los organismos de tercer grado deberán contar con un número mínimo de doce (12) entidades.
