Autorícese al Gobierno Nacional para que a través del Ministerio de Cultura, implemente y desarrolle un plan de conservación y restauración arquitectónica del centro histórico del municipio de Honda (departamento del Tolima).

Dicho plan estará orientado para atender la restauración, cuidado y conservación de los siguientes bienes inmuebles:

Calle de las trampas y las cinco cuestas o calles que la comunican con el Alto del Rosario,

Casa del Sello Real.

Catedral de Nuestra Señora del Rosario.

Plaza de mercado.

Museo del río Magdalena (antigua Bodega del Rey).

Centro Cultural Alfonso Palacio Rudas.

Puente Navarro sobre el río Magdalena.
