Como artículo 8 de la Ley 134 de 1931 quedará el siguiente:

El Gobierno reglamentará la manera de otorgar las menciones y derechos consignados en el artículo anterior

El Estado se reserva el derecho de revocar, suspender o restringir administrativamente y en cualquier tiempo, todas o algunas de las exenciones concedidas a la cooperativa que a juicio del Gobierno llegaren a hacer uso indebido de ellas.

Para la aplicación de este artículo el Gobierno oirá el concepto del Consejo Nacional de Cooperación.
