Los empleados que, según el artículo anterior , tengan derecho a la cesa, deberán acreditar, además de su carácter de tales, el tiempo que hubieren trabajado sin interrupción en el empleo que dejaron, que no separaron del cargo en ninguna de las condiciones de que trata la disposición anterior, su buena conducta, el cumplimiento de sus deberes legales, y que no han sido condenados por delito alguno, ni quebrantado la prohibición consignada en el artículo 18 del Código Judicial sobre intervención en la política.
