ARTICULO 2.4.12.2.1 .- DE LA VIGILANCIA Y CONTROL. Las captaciones a que se refieren los artículos 2.4.12.1.1. y 2.4.12.1.2. del presente estatuto quedarán bajo el control de la Superintendencia Bancaria, de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia. Del mismo modo, la Superintendencia Bancaria ejercerá inspección y vigilancia sobre las colocaciones que realice el Instituto Colombiano de crédito Educativo y Estudios técnicos en el Exterior, Icetex, en desarrollo de las disposiciones que se dicten conforme a lo previsto en las normas del presente título.
