El gobierno procederá a hacer los estudios necesarios para dotar de agua potable el Corregimiento de Caracolito, Municipio de Valledupar, Departamento del Magdalena, ya sea por medio de pozos artesianos o conduciéndola del rio Ariguani, quedando facultado para emprender la obra a la terminación de dichos estudios.
