El Instituto Politécnico de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, y el Instituto Técnico Industrial "Francisco José de Caldas", de Manizales, deberán acreditar, antes de recibir los auxilios respectivos, que han cumplido los requisitos exigidos por la Ley 71 de 1946 . Artículo 10. Esta Ley regirá desde su sanción.
