Las pensiones de sobrevivientes reconocidas por el Instituto de Seguros Sociales, a los ascendientes, como únicos beneficiarios de asegurados fallecidos hasta el 17 de abril de 1990, continuarán vigentes en los mismos términos en que fueron reconocidas.
