La Secretaría Técnica tendrá entre sus funciones convocar a los integrantes para el desarrollo de las sesiones de la Mesa Permanente de Concertación con las Centrales Sindicales CUT, CGT, CTC y la Fecode para la Reparación Colectiva al Movimiento Sindical, e invitar ocasionalmente a los representantes de las diferentes entidades del Estado que la Mesa por unanimidad considere.
