Art 2.° El Presidente del Estado soberano de Bolivar dara cuenta detallada i minuciosa al Poder Ejecutivo nacional del modo como cumpla lo dispuesto en el articulo anterior, remitiendo una lista de las personas entre quienes haya distribuido el auiilio decretado en la presente lei, con espresion de la cantidad que cada uno de ellos hubiere recibido.
