Al delegar una función, o posteriormente, el Instituto podrá ceder bienes y asignar o ceder fondos en favor de las mismas entidades delegatarias, para el cumplimiento de las funciones que les delega, o haya delegado, conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 52 de la ley 75 de 1968.
