° Los empleados visitantes enviarán Copia de las respectivas diligencias al Tribunal Superior y a la Gobernación. Esta última impondrá las multas a que hubiere lugar, de acuerdo con el artículo 175 de la Ley 40 de 1907, y dará cuenta de lo hecho al Ministerio de Gobierno. En todo caso la Gobernación informará mensualmente a dicho Ministerio qué Fiscales han cumplido y cuáles nó con la obligación de hacer las Visitas.
