º . El numeral 1º del artículo 4º del Decreto 2670 de 2000, modificado por el artículo 3º del Decreto 1163 de 2001, quedará así: "1. Cálculo de la posición del Frech. El último día calendario de cada año contado a partir de la fecha de iniciación de cada uno de los contratos de cobertura, el administrador del Frech deberá calcular la posición de cada entidad participante en el respectivo contrato durante el año corrido y procederá a determinar el pago efectivo que deba hacer o recibir el Frech. "De esta forma sólo anualmente y dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de liquidación establecida en el inciso anterior, se realizarán los pagos efectivos."
