El Gerente General de Puertos de Colombia y los miembros de la Junta Directiva que no asistan a la misma en su calidad de empleados públicos se posesionaran ante el Ministro de Obras Públicas. Los demás funcionarios o empleados de Puertos de Colombia lo harán ante el funcionario competente de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.
