Articulo 81 . Notificación de la resolución que declare el abandono . La resolución que declare el abandono de la solicitud de registro sanitario deberá ser notificada personalmente al interesado durante los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a su expedición y si esto no fuere posible se hará por edicto fijado por cinco (5) días hábiles en lugar público de la correspondiente división.
