Los procesos de selección serán realizados por la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil, a través del Instituto Colombiano para la Evaluación de la Educación (Icfes), o de las universidades públicas o privadas y demás Instituciones de Educación Superior acreditadas ante aquella, para lo cual se suscribirán los respectivos convenios o contratos.
