Artículo decimoprimero. Toda persona que ejerza ilegalmente la odontología, según lo previsto en el artículo 10 de la Ley que se reglamenta, quedará sometida a las sanciones previstas en dicho artículo, y su conocimiento y aplicación corresponderá a los jueces de Circuito en lo Penal, de conformidad con las disposiciones del Código de Procedimiento Penal.
