Los Delegados del Gobierno Nacional, los de los Gobiernos Departamentales, Intendenciales o Comisariales y los jurados de votación, encargados de supervigilar el desarrollo de las elecciones o de prestar su servicio fuera de su domicilio podrán votar en la mesa que les indique el Registrador del Estado Civil o su Delegado del lugar donde ellos estén cumpliendo su misión, para lo cual deberán presentar la cédula de ciudadanía y la credencial que los acredite como tales. Los jurados de votación harán constar esa calidad en el registro general de votantes. TITULO IX OTRAS SANCIONES
