° Comisiónase a la Economista Esperanza Ibáñez, de Rojas, Jefe de la Sección de Asistencia Técnica del Servicio Nacional de Computación del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística -DANE, para que a partir del 6 de enero de 1977 y durante seis (6) meses, se traslade a la ciudad de París para asistir al VIII Seminario sobre Tratamiento Automático de la Información que se lleva a cabo en el Centro de Estudios Prácticos de Información y automatización -CEPIA, de esa ciudad.
