Artículo cuarto. La entrega de la suma, el manejo de los fondos, la inversión de ellos y las cuentas que deba rendir a la Contraloría General de la República, se hará de conformidad con las disposiciones administrativas y fiscales vigentes y de las que dicte especialmente dicha Contraloría en desarrollo del presente Decreto.
