°. Desde el primero (1°) de mayo próximo quedarán convertidos en licencias de segunda categória todas las expedidas hasta la fecha. Los poseedores de ellas que deseen ser catalogados como locutores de noticias o locutores de primera categoria, deberan presentar los exámenes de que se tráta en este Decreto y obtener la nueva licencia.
