Extiéndese la autorización conferida al Poder Ejecutivo por la Ley 42 de 1909 , á rebajar hasta la tercera parte de la pena corporal que en los establecimientos de castigo estén sufriendo los reos rematados que hayan observado y sigan observando buena conducta.
