Responsabilidad de los representantes legales. Por tratarse del manejo de recursos públicos, los representantes legales de las diferentes Entidades Promotoras de Salud y demás entidades obligadas a compensar serán responsables del debido giro a la cuenta, del adecuado manejo de los recursos, de la oportuna y debida distribución y posterior situación de recursos a las cuentas individuales de las EPS, así como de la oportunidad y calidad de la información.
