Artículo único. A partir del 1° de enero de 1945, auméntase en cien pesos ($ 100.00) mensuales la partida para gastos fijada al Consulado General de la República en San Francisco de California, Estados Unidos de América, por Decreto número 2221, de 13 de noviembre de 1943. Comuníquese y publíquese.
