Art. 4.° Desde que se publique el presente decreto en cada cabecera de canton, la junta formará cuatro cuadros en el órden siguiente: 1.° Esclavos menores de 45 años. 2.° Esclavos mayores de esta edad. 3.° Esclavos mayores de 60 años. 4.° Manumisos nacidos libres. Así mismo, i en vista de los documentos que exhiban los tenedores de esclavos, o que la junta obtenga, procederá a hacer avaluar los de los cuadros marcados con los números 1. ° ¡ 2.°, i declarar libres los del número 3.°
