Artículo quinto . Modificase el artículo primero del Decreto 2294 de 1956, en el sentido de que el Ministerio de Educación Nacional podrá conceder la rebaja total o parcial del 15% que cobra, el Fondo de Reserva del Teatro Colón, cuando el producido del espectáculo que se presenta se destine a una institución de beneficencia. En este caso, el Ministerio de Educación dictará, en cada ocasión, la correspondiente resolución de autorización.
