amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 239 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 239. Presente el inculpado el funcionario en audiencia pública oirá sus descargos y explicaciones. Si aquél acepta la imputación, se le impondrá la sanción que corresponde a la falta, rebajada en la mitad, por resolución que no admite recurso alguno. Pero si se rechaza la imputación o niega parcialmente los hechos, el funcionario decretará las pruebas conducentes que le pida y de oficio, las que juzgue útiles. En la misma audiencia se practicarán las pruebas y se sancionará o absolverá al inculpado.
