º . Servicio de telecomunicaciones. Cuando en el presente Decreto se utilice la expresión "servicios de telecomunicaciones", se hace referencia a los servicios de telecomunicaciones propiamente dichos, domiciliarios o no, las actividades de telecomunicaciones, los servicios relacionados con las "Tecnologías de Información y Comunicaciones" y las actividades relacionadas con la instalación, uso y explotación de redes para esos servicios.
