Respecto de las propuestas que estuvieren listas para contratar cuando entre a regir el presente Decreto, el término para suscribir el respectivo convenio será de noventa días, contados desde la notificación de la providencia que el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos dicte de conformidad con el artículo 1º de este Decreto.
