º. Estructura orgánica . La Unidad que se crea mediante la presente ley, tendrá la siguiente estructura orgánica:

Dirección General.

Oficina de Control Interno.

Subdirección de Análisis Estratégico.

Subdirección de Análisis de Operaciones.

Subdirección Administrativa y Financiera.

El Director General de la Unidad será nombrado por el Presidente de la República. Los demás funcionarios de la Unidad de que trata esta ley, serán nombrados por el Director General.
