Por la Secretaría del Tesoro se dictarán las órdenes del caso a fin de que los Senadores i Representantes reciban sus viáticos de venida de modo que puedan reunirse en esta capital el día 1.º de febrero, teniendo al efecto en cuenta lo prevenido en el artículo 13 de la lei 42 de 1871.
