Artículo Segundo . La reserva especial tendrá una duración de dos (2) años y los estudios y trabajos a realizarse dentro de dicho término estarán a cargo del Instituto de Investigaciones en Geociencias, Minería y Química - INGEOMINAS- El Gobierno podrá en cualquier tiempo modificar o eliminar dichas reservas, de acuerdo con los planes de trabajo o con sus resultados, parciales o definitivos.
