En los almacenes generales de depósito se proveerá, a costa de sus propietarios o administradores, lo conducente a acomodar convenientemente las oficinas de los funcionarios que se necesiten para el cumplimiento de esta Ley en lo tocante a la mercancía ahí almacenada.
