Son sujetos pasivos de la tasa de que trata la presente ley, quienes estén obligados a inscribirse ante el RUNT, soliciten el ingreso de información, soliciten la expedición de certificados, o quienes soliciten la prestación de algún servicio relacionado con los diferentes registros previstos en el artículo 8º de la Ley 769 de 2002 o las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen, sustituyan o reglamenten.
