Al vencimiento del año que menciona el artículo anterior, el funcionario o empleado empezará a devengar el 10% por concepto de prima de antigüedad liquidado sobre la asignación básica mensual más los incrementos que viniere percibiendo por concepto de prima de antigüedad. Al vencimiento de cada uno de los bienios siguientes, se liquidará el citado 10% sobre la asignación básica mensual más los incrementos que se vinieren percibiendo por prima de antigüedad.
