Creánse sendos laboratorios seccionales de higiene en las capitales de los Departamentos, destinados a cooperar con la Dirección y el Laboratorio Nacional de Higiene a la defensa sanitaria del territorio nacional.

Parágrafo

Queda autorizado el Gobierno para comprar los laboratorios de carácter departamental o municipal que existan establecidos en las capitales de Departamento.
